Kinderheim Herne-Wanne \u00fcbergeben. Eine neue Location, mehr R\u00e4umlichkeiten, mehr Schauspiele als Gaststars und neue Ansprechpartner machten die Veranstaltung auch f\u00fcr uns erfahrene Hasen eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung. Bis in die letzten Stunden vor der Veranstaltung wu\u00dften wir noch nicht, ob auch alles so klappen wird, wie wir es uns vorstellten. Doch als die ersten Aussteller und Fangruppen freudestrahlend auf das Gel\u00e4nde fuhren, um Ihre Fahrzeuge zu entladen, wurde uns klar, dass wir alles richtig gemacht haben.<\/p>\n<p>Vom ersten Moment an herrschte wieder diese famili\u00e4re Stimmung, die auch unsere vorherigen Veranstaltungen zu etwas Besonderen machte.<\/p>\n<p>Alle waren gut gelaunt, es gab viel zu sehen und man traf immer wieder auf Gleichgesinnte, mit denen man sich gut unterhalten konnte. Nach dem Event waren wir alle sehr gl\u00fccklich dar\u00fcber, wie alles verlaufen ist und wir entschlossen uns direkt dazu, f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Jahre weitere Union of the Force Conventions zu nur den Fans eine tolle Veranstaltung bieten, sondern damit auch noch Einrichtungen unterst\u00fctzen, von denen wir glauben, dass sie es verdienen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Unser kleiner Woked hat uns zur Spenden\u00fcbergabe in die<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 „Kleine Oase“<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nbegleitet.<br \/>\nDiese Einrichtung ist ein Kurzzeitwohnheim f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche mit Behinderungen.<br \/>\nWir haben uns alles vor Ort angesehen und man hat uns erz\u00e4hlt, dass unser Geld mit in den Umbau einfliesst, damit in Zukunft mehr Einzelzimmer angeboten werden k\u00f6nnen. Zur Zeit gibt es Doppelzimmer, in denen sich die Kinder nicht immer wohl f\u00fchlen und zu wenig Privatsph\u00e4re haben. Als die Planungsarbei<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">ten f\u00fcr die liebevoll \u201eHernebration\u201c genannte Convention im September 2014 begannen, hat wohl niemand geahnt, welche Ausma\u00dfe das Ganze annehmen w\u00fcrde.<br \/>\nZuerst sollte es \u201enur\u201c 30 Aussteller- und H\u00e4ndlertische und ein kleines Rahmenprogramm in Form von Vortr\u00e4gen geben. Doch innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit waren s\u00e4mtliche Tische vergeben und das Rahmenprogramm voll bef\u00fcllt. Also musste alles ein wenig umgeplant werden.<br \/>\nZu guter Letzt standen im Haus Urbanus \u00fcber 40 Tische, an denen sich Fanclubs, Kost\u00fcmclubs, Autoren, Dioramen- und Maskenbauer pr\u00e4sentierten. Das Angebot lie\u00df den Sammleraugen zeitweise eine kleine Tr\u00e4ne aus den Augen kullern. Es wurde nahezu aus allen Bereichen etwas angeboten.. egal ob klassische Figuren, Raumschiffe oder aktuelles Merchandise.. hier gab es so ziemlich alles zu finden.<br \/>\nAuf der B\u00fchne wurde ein Raum geschaffen, in dem Workshops und Vortr\u00e4ge angeboten wurden. Hier konnte man sich zum Beispiel ansehen, wie man Kost\u00fcm- und R\u00fcstungsteile selbst anfertigen kann, oder auch Masken selbst erstellt. Dieser Raum war zum Teil so \u00fcberf\u00fcllt, dass sich einige G\u00e4ste sogar in den Treppenaufgang stellten, um etwas von den Vortr\u00e4gen mit zu bekommen.<br \/>\nDer anwesende Gaststar Barrie Holland, der in dem Film \u201eStar Wars – R\u00fcckkehr der Jedi Ritter\u201c Lt. Renz verk\u00f6rperte, empfang jeden Gast mit einem freundlichen L\u00e4cheln, gab flei\u00dfig Autogramme und nahm sich viel Zeit um alle Fragen seiner Fans zu beantworten.<br \/>\nIn den gut gef\u00fcllten S\u00e4len konnte man gl\u00fcckliche Gesichter sehen, \u00fcberall fanden angeregte Gespr\u00e4che statt und man bekam eine Menge positiver Resonanz.<br \/>\nDen Abschluss der Convention bildete die Frage und Antwortstunde mit Barrie Holland, in der er eine Menge \u00fcber die Dreharbeiten zu erz\u00e4hlen wusste. Da er auch selbst ein gro\u00dfer Filmfan ist, wurde auch einiges \u00fcber seine Lieblingsfilme (vor allem im Bereich Western) und favorisierten Schauspieler erz\u00e4hlt.<br \/>\nDamit war die Veranstaltung aber noch nicht wirklich zu Ende. Es folgte das wohl bisher gr\u00f6\u00dfte Union of the Force Dinner der mittlerweile \u00fcber 10 Jahre bestehenden Gruppe. Normalerweise trifft man sich jeden Monat in Unna, Herne und Bochum, um sich \u00fcber Star Wars und auch andere Dinge zu unterhalten. Dabei ist es nicht un\u00fcblich, auf ca. 30-40 Personen zu treffen. Am heutigen Dinner nahmen jedoch \u00fcber 90 Personen teil !<br \/>\nGut gest\u00e4rkt ging es dann in den bunten Abend \u00fcber. Ein gut gemischtes Programm, bestehend aus Kost\u00fcmwettbewerben, Tanzeinlagen, einer Modenschau und der Ausgabe der Hauptgewinne der Tombola (zu Gunsten des Kinderschutzbundes Herne) wurde dargeboten.<br \/>\nEin Highlight an diesem Abend war die Band \u201eFlametree\u201c die mit Ihren Songs die Menge begeisterten. Spontan wie sie sind, begleiteten sie auch die Modenschau, bei der die passende CD fehlte, musikalisch.<br \/>\nAb 22 Uhr hatte man dann noch Gespr\u00e4chsstoff, um auch den Rest des Tages hinter sich zu bringen.<br \/>\nFazit: Eine sehr gelungene, ausbauf\u00e4hige Veranstaltung, die sich f\u00fcr das n\u00e4chste Jahr definitiv nach mehr (Welt)Raum umsehen muss. Eine neue Location, mehr R\u00e4umlichkeiten, mehr Schauspiele als Gaststars und neue Ansprechpartner machten die Veranstaltung auch f\u00fcr uns erfahrene Hasen eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung. Bis in die letzten Stunden vor der Veranstaltung wu\u00dften wir noch nicht, ob auch alles so klappen wird, wie wir es uns vorstellten. Doch als die ersten Aussteller und Fangruppen freudestrahlend auf das Gel\u00e4nde fuhren, um Ihre Fahrzeuge zu entladen, wurde uns klar, dass wir alles richtig gemacht haben.<\/p>\n<p>Vom ersten Moment an herrschte wieder diese famili\u00e4re Stimmung, die auch unsere vorherigen Veranstaltungen zu etwas Besonderen machte.<\/p>\n<p>Alle waren gut gelaunt, es gab viel zu sehen und man traf immer wieder auf Gleichgesinnte, mit denen man sich gut unterhalten konnte. Nach dem Event waren wir alle sehr gl\u00fccklich dar\u00fcber, wie alles verlaufen ist und wir entschlossen uns direkt dazu, f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Jahre weitere Union of the Force Conventions zu Woked hat uns zur Spenden\u00fcbergabe in die<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: „Kleine Oase“<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nbegleitet.<br \/>\nDiese Einrichtung ist ein Kurzzeitwohnheim f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche mit Behinderungen.<br \/>\nWir haben uns alles vor Ort angesehen und man hat uns erz\u00e4hlt, dass unser Geld mit in den Umbau einfliesst, damit in Zukunft mehr Einzelzimmer angeboten werden k\u00f6nnen. Zur Zeit gibt es Doppelzimmer, in denen sich die Kinder nicht immer wohl f\u00fchlen und zu wenig Privatsph\u00e4re haben. Als die Planungsarbei<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">ten f\u00fcr die liebevoll \u201eHernebration\u201c genannte Convention im September 2014 begannen, hat wohl niemand geahnt, welche Ausma\u00dfe das Ganze annehmen w\u00fcrde.<br \/>\nZuerst sollte es \u201enur\u201c 30 Aussteller- und H\u00e4ndlertische und ein kleines Rahmenprogramm in Form von Vortr\u00e4gen geben. Doch innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit waren s\u00e4mtliche Tische vergeben und das Rahmenprogramm voll bef\u00fcllt. Also musste alles ein wenig umgeplant werden.<br \/>\nZu guter Letzt standen im Haus Urbanus \u00fcber 40 Tische, an denen sich Fanclubs, Kost\u00fcmclubs, Autoren, Dioramen- und Maskenbauer pr\u00e4sentierten. Das Angebot lie\u00df den Sammleraugen zeitweise eine kleine Tr\u00e4ne aus den Augen kullern. Es wurde nahezu aus allen Bereichen etwas angeboten.. egal ob klassische Figuren, Raumschiffe oder aktuelles Merchandise.. hier gab es so ziemlich alles zu finden.<br \/>\nAuf der B\u00fchne wurde ein Raum geschaffen, in dem Workshops und Vortr\u00e4ge angeboten wurden. Hier konnte man sich zum Beispiel ansehen, wie man Kost\u00fcm- und R\u00fcstungsteile selbst anfertigen kann, oder auch Masken selbst erstellt. Dieser Raum war zum Teil so \u00fcberf\u00fcllt, dass sich einige G\u00e4ste sogar in den Treppenaufgang stellten, um etwas von den Vortr\u00e4gen mit zu bekommen.<br \/>\nDer anwesende Gaststar Barrie Holland, der in dem Film \u201eStar Wars – R\u00fcckkehr der Jedi Ritter\u201c Lt. Renz verk\u00f6rperte, empfang jeden Gast mit einem freundlichen L\u00e4cheln, gab flei\u00dfig Autogramme und nahm sich viel Zeit um alle Fragen seiner Fans zu beantworten.<br \/>\nIn den gut gef\u00fcllten S\u00e4len konnte man gl\u00fcckliche Gesichter sehen, \u00fcberall fanden angeregte Gespr\u00e4che statt und man bekam eine Menge positiver Resonanz.<br \/>\nDen Abschluss der Convention bildete die Frage und Antwortstunde mit Barrie Holland, in der er eine Menge \u00fcber die Dreharbeiten zu erz\u00e4hlen wusste. Da er auch selbst ein gro\u00dfer Filmfan ist, wurde auch einiges \u00fcber seine Lieblingsfilme (vor allem im Bereich Western) und favorisierten Schauspieler erz\u00e4hlt.<br \/>\nDamit war die Veranstaltung aber noch nicht wirklich zu Ende. Es folgte das wohl bisher gr\u00f6\u00dfte Union of the Force Dinner der mittlerweile \u00fcber 10 Jahre bestehenden Gruppe. Normalerweise trifft man sich jeden Monat in Unna, Herne und Bochum, um sich \u00fcber Star Wars und auch andere Dinge zu unterhalten. Dabei ist es nicht un\u00fcblich, auf ca. 30-40 Personen zu treffen. Am heutigen Dinner nahmen jedoch \u00fcber 90 Personen teil !<br \/>\nGut gest\u00e4rkt ging es dann in den bunten Abend \u00fcber. Ein gut gemischtes Programm, bestehend aus Kost\u00fcmwettbewerben, Tanzeinlagen, einer Modenschau und der Ausgabe der Hauptgewinne der Tombola (zu Gunsten des Kinderschutzbundes Herne) wurde dargeboten.<br \/>\nEin Highlight an diesem Abend war die Band \u201eFlametree\u201c die mit Ihren Songs die Menge begeisterten. Spontan wie sie sind, begleiteten sie auch die Modenschau, bei der die passende CD fehlte, musikalisch.<br \/>\nAb 22 Uhr hatte man dann noch Gespr\u00e4chsstoff, um auch den Rest des Tages hinter sich zu bringen.<br \/>\nFazit: Eine sehr gelungene, ausbauf\u00e4hige Veranstaltung, die sich f\u00fcr das n\u00e4chste Jahr definitiv nach mehr (Welt)Raum umsehen muss.
